Nashville Shock and Storms group hosts carnival at DeVil's on July 10

A carnival-like atmosphere will surround a volleyball tournament and billards tournament at DeVil’s Sports Bar, 339 Wilhagen Road, on July 10 as part of a fundraiser for the Nashville Shock softball team and the Nashville Storms.

In addition to the games of skill and concessions, there will be a silent auction, a drag race and live entertainment, including a talent show and amateur dance competition. All proceeds will be used to fund the Nashville Shock softball team’s trip to the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA) World Series in San Diego and to support the Storms Group, a diverse, not-for-profit group of athletes, artists and members of the community.

If you would like additional information about the tournaments, talent show or dance competition or to donate an item for the silent auction, please send an e-mail to or call Kerry at 615-513-7961.
