DJ Killa Chris’s new playlist [CLICK HERE FOR PLAYLIST] of his top ten tracks for this week includes NuEyes' "Freedom", CHVRCHES' "He Said She Said" - and much more!
THE LIST:
Rezz, deadmau5 - Hypnocurrency
The chord progression on this collaboration is delightful. The drop has a hard heavy bass we all know and love from Rezz. The music video for the song is uh, hypnotic.
Porter Robinson, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs - Unfold
This is from Porter’s new album Nurture. Phenomenal sound design and song writing on this track. The vocals between Porter and TEED compliment each other so well.
Dennis Sheperd, Sunlounger - I Can Feel - Giuseppe Ottaviani Remix
This trance remix has some lovely vocals and a really catchy hook. The guitars in this song compliment the vocals nicely.
CHVRCHES - He Said She Said
The first single from their upcoming album CHV4. The chorus on this song is so catchy I can’t wait to hear the rest of the album.
Camp Kubrick, Don Diablo - Whatchu Do
This is a really fun 80s inspired dance track. I love when good producers branch out and make music that is completely different from what they normally write.
Grant, Emily Vaughn - Move On
The funky bass in this song sticks out the most to me. The chorus on this song is infectious.
Koos - Close (feat. Miel)
This French House track is really fun. The beats and horns always get me moving and the vocals are well done.
Shift K3Y - Love Line (with Tinashe)
I always get excited for new Shift K3Y. His productions always sound so clean.
NuEyes - Freedom
There is so much energy in this song. Every time the beat comes in the syncopation makes me want to jump around.
BROHUG - Girls
The vocal sample cracks me up in this song. Brohug always writes fun basslines and beats. Like all of his other music the hook synth is really unique and strange sounding.
