Nashville Pride 2021 returns to Bicentennial Mall this weekend

The 32nd Annual Nashville Pride Festival presented by Bridgestone and Nissan kicks off this weekend with the Pride Parade on Saturday and Festival Saturday through Sunday. With Nashville Pride 2021, the festival returns to Bicentennial Mall. Salt N Pepa, Kim Petras, Orville Peck, The Aces, Tommy Genesis, Brooke Eden, and more are scheduled to perform throughout the weekend.

Salt N Pepa will close out Nashville Pride on the main stage on Sunday, September 19, 2021, at 5:30 p.m.

Nashville Pride 2021 will take place on Saturday, September 18, and Sunday, September 19 at Bicentennial Mall State Park in Downtown Nashville. The Pride Parade will take place on Saturday, September 18 at 10:00 am starting at 2nd and Union. Tickets and festival information are available by visiting NashvillePride.org.

In 2019 over 75,000 people gathered to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community at Public Square Park. The festival features over 200 vendors, food trucks, 3 stages of live entertainment, interactive art, a kids and family area and more over two full days. Nashville’s own LGBTQIA+ artists will be well represented on the festival’s multiple stages, with performances from Tayls, Freak Daddy, Mike Maimone, Mercy Bell, Andrea Moss, Vyrgo, and more.

Mike Maimone will perform on Nashville Pride's main stage on Sunday, September 19, 2021.

“We are thrilled to bring the LGBTQI+ community and allies together once again to celebrate safely” stated Phil Cobucci with the Nashville Pride Board. “We have been hard at work as an all volunteer board to ensure this year's event could take place.”

All attendees entering the festival are required to present either proof of a COVID-19 vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours (3 days) prior to Saturday, September 18. Attendees are encouraged to wear a mask to ensure everyone's safety.

The festival offers daily GA tickets for $5, weekend passes for $10 and several levels of VIP throughout the weekend. Tickets can be purchased at nashvillepride.org. Attendees are encouraged to download the Nashville Pride app for entertainment schedules, maps and other information.
