Nashville LGBTQ Leadership Summit needs your help

The Nashville LGBTQ Leadership Summit is a collection of quality organizations dedicated to building a strong, vibrant LGBTQ community in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We believe that through collaboration of resources and meaningful dialogue we can best share ideas, discuss emerging issues, and ultimately build a city-wide strategic plan encompassing all areas of the LGBTQ Community and beyond.

In order to better serve members of both the Nashville and Middle Tennessee Communities we are calling for proposals for themes, logos, and media strategies to represent the Nashville LGBTQ Leadership Summit. These ideas will help create a brand that LGBTQ individuals and community members can recognize and refer to when looking for resources backed by the Leadership Summit.

The Leadership is looking for three specific areas in submissions; themes, logos, and media strategies. This should include but is not limited to the following identified areas of need:

•A logo to be used to represent one unified Nashville LGBTQ Community
•A designed Welcome folder for new residents of Nashville/Middle Tennessee
•Letterhead and Power Point branded template

Proposals must be completed and finalized by May 15, 2013.

All submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by members of the LGBTQ Leadership Summit. Submitters will be notified of the acceptance (or rejection) of their themes, logos, and media strategy after the full LGBTQ Leadership Summit has voted on each proposal. Submitters will be notified via email of the decision regarding the submission in late May/Early June.

With all proposal formats, the LGBTQ Leadership Summit retains the right to request additional information or ask that changes be made to improve a theme, logo, or media strategy. No changes can be made after proposals have been submitted unless the LGBTQ Leadership Summit has specifically requested that change. All submissions must represent completed work.
