Prelude to the 4th
Tuesday, July 3, 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Location: The Lawn at Riverfront Free

Celebrate Independence Day with a pre-party on Tuesday, July 3, at The Lawn at Riverfront (a new venue for this year's festivities). The fun starts with a free concert. Ayla Brown performs at 5:30 and 10 p.m. Out Of Tenn, a group of Nashville-based independent musicians, plays at 7 p.m. A fireworks display will cap off the concert at approximately 9 p.m.


Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4th Celebration
Wednesday, July 4, Gates open at noon, firework show at 9:45 p.m.
Location: The Lawn at Riverfront Free

A new venue for this year's event: The Lawn at Riverfront. Hailed as one of the best fireworks displays in the nation, this event is one of Music City's biggest events. Festivities begin at noon with the free Family Fun Zone. Pre-show live music runs from 1 - 7 p.m. featuring This Is She, Striking Matches, Tyme, Jason Eskridge and Madison Cain. The official main stage concert begins at 6:30 p.m. with The Mavericks, Music City Hit-Makers, Craig Morgan, Sarah Darling, Ayla Brown, Barry Scott and the Nashville Symphony Orchestra. The celebration concludes with longest and largest fireworks display in the city's history choreographed to the sounds of the Nashville Symphony playing on the banks of the Cumberland River at approximately 9:45 p.m. Click here for the official schedule.


4th of July Party & Buffet
Wednesday, July 4, 7:30 -10 p.m.
Location: Nashville City Club $12 buffet

Watch the fireworks from the 20th floor of the Nashville City Club. Toast of Music City deemed the city club as the "Best View of the City" in 2011 boasting its great view of the Cumberland River and LP Field! A casual buffet featuring pulled pork and Sloppy Joe sliders, potato salad, sliced watermelon, Caprese skewers, and deviled eggs is available for $12/person. Desserts for $5 - $6. Plus, drink specials including sangria ($4/glass or $10/carafe) and 2-for-1 beer and house wine. RSVPs are requested: (615) 244-3693. 4th of July VIP Viewing Party at The Ledge
Wednesday, July 4, 5 - 10 p.m.
Location: Hard Rock Cafe

Enjoy Music City's 4th of July Celebration at the Hard Rock Cafe on the Ledge, the cafe's outdoor deck with great views of the fireworks. The admission fee ($50) includes a dinner buffet featuring American fare, iced tea and free admission to the post-party concert at 10 p.m. with a performance by Brasher Bogue. Cash bar.
