February’s performers include: Jessica Carter, Holly Amber, Erica McKown, burlesque performer Shannon Million, and other special guests. March performers include: Peter Depp, Ashley Corby, Sue Ryerson from Atlanta, Sophia Starr from Tulsa, and other special guests, including burlesque performer Shan de Leers. The Mistress of Ceremonies for all shows will be Nashville talent Christy Eidson.
“Girl on Girl Comedy & Revue” began as a showcase for the area’s top female and GLBT comedic talent. It has parlayed its show into an entertainment event by adding variety acts, such as music, magic, burlesque, and pole dancing. You never know what you are going to get when you come to a GoG show, but you will definitely have a good time. The audience is an assorted mix of backgrounds, demographics, and sexual orientations, but they all have one thing in common: they have come to let their collective hair down and have fun! All shows are Rated R, so the prudish beware. GoG’s goal is to not only entertain, but to also give back to the community by collecting money and raising awareness at each show for a local charity.
