Expo offers free trip to Europe, more than 50 exhibitors

A chance to win a free trip to Europe has organizers of Tennessee ’s first ever GLBT business and life expo excited that will be one of the reasons that they expect thousands to attend the November 19 event at The Cannery in Nashville.

The trip – which offers roundtrip airfare and lodging for two people for one week in the winner’s choice of Amsterdam , Berlin or Paris – is being offered by Traveling Proud to people who come to the Expo to register. A punch card will be offered to Expo attendees, who will have the opportunity to enter to win the trip the same number of times their card is “punched” by each of the more than 50 exhibitors at the Expo.

A set of Bridgestone tires will also be given away, compliments of Bridgestone Tire, North America , which is also one of the “presidential” levels sponsors of the event. Attendees may sign up for this giveaway at the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation (donated by Bridgestone).

“We have more than 50 companies who have signed up to exhibit their products or materials to the GLBT community,” said John Wade, one of the organizers of the Expo, which is sponsored by the Nashville GLBT Chamber of Commerce with American Home Mortgage as the presenting sponsor. “The event is free and open to the public. We look forward to a great day.”
