Drag queen mud wrestling will take center statge on Friday night as the newly hired cast of Lucky’s La Cage will start sllinging mud and flexing muscles.
Brandi Andrews, Daisy Rae, Nece Sexton, Summer, Tyrah and Veronica Electronica are part of the new cast and will take the stage at 10:30 p.m. on Friday.
Tony Daniel, owner and operations manager of Lucky's, agreed the event was a bit unusual and said it would be very entertaining.
“Our plan is to offer Nashville some variety in entertainment,” said Daniel. “Our customers want something different and holding weekly campy drag shows is one way we can provide it.”
“Only Friday will tell if we’ve lost our mind with the idea of drag queen mud wrestling.” Daniel added.
There is no cover charge for this event and Lucky’s Garage is regularly open Tuesday through Sunday with no cover charge. Tuesday through Friday also features a happy hour from 5 to 8 p.m. with 2 for 1 well drinks and $2 domestic drafts.
Additional upcoming events include a game night on Tuesday, Dec. 12, Cuts for a Cause, haircuts for charity, on Wednesday, Dec. 13th and a Head Mechanic Strip Off amateur strip show on Thursday, Dec. 14th. Friday, Dec. 15 will also host the Untitled Art Show from 6 until 10 p.m. before a special “Lucky’s La Cage Goes to Camp” at 10:30.
Lucky’s Garage is located near the intersection of Church Street and 14th Avenue, next to Hustler Hollywood. The entrance to the club is on the alley and faces Church Street. Free secure parking for the club is located at the back of the building.
