Crye-Leike Realtors to open new midtown office

Crye-Leike Realtors has announced the company’s Commercial Division has negotiated a contract to purchase and close on a 6,900 square foot office building near Music Row at 1819 Broadway in Midtown Nashville.

“The location is ideal for Crye-Leike Realtors,” said Harold Crye, founder and CEO of Crye-Leike Realtors. “From midtown, our agents will be able to serve the growth in residential condominium and town home sales from The Gulch to Downtown and beyond the Midtown corridor.”

Located at the corner of 19th Avenue and Broadway, the commercial space is in the shadow of the new Adelicia condominium development, walking distance to Noshville Deli, Midtown Café and other nearby eateries and stores and one block off Music Row.

The office will be home to Crye-Leike’s first residential sales office in Nashville’s core urban business district in the company’s 30-year history.

“It’s a dynamic location, in a hip part of town, easy to get to and highly visible,” said David Stremic, president of Crye-Leike Commercial in Nashville. “It’s a billboard location and I predict it will exceed everyone’s expectations.”

Leading the new Midtown sales center for the company is Crye-Leike Realtors own Cindy Stanton-Fey.

“Crye-Leike Realtors has proven its capability and success in the market for almost 30 years as a sales leaders with world class customer service,” said Stanton Fey. “It is our goal to bring our experience and capabilities to Midtown, serving clients and as an involved business partner with the City of Nashville and local business community.”

At its Midtown office, Stanton-Fey anticipates building a sales force with as many as 40 associates to serve clients in the Midtown, Downtown, Gulch communities and beyond.

Crye-Leike Realtors has contracted with Crossroads Architecture to handle renovations and improvements to both the interior space and exterior of the property. The company anticipates holding a grand opening sometime in February 2008.
