On Thursday, Sept, 6, from 6 to 9 p.m., CoolSprings Galleria invites shoppers to take part in an evening of fashion and represent Tennessee in this unprecedented global party. Although the venue for the party is a familiar one, the line-up of events occurring both in and out of stores is sure to provide an evening at the mall unlike any other. Select stores will feature unique events, food, and promotions throughout the evening.
“This celebration is not only about all things fashion; it is also about giving back to local causes while doing something we all love – shopping!” exclaimed Dana Katterjohn, Regional Marketing Director for CBL & Associates Properties. The original Fashion’s Night Out in New York supports the NYC AIDS Fund each year with a portion of profits made and through special night-of events that directly donate funds to the cause.
Shoppers at CoolSprings Galleria will be invited to support several local organizations, including Komen Nashville, which will offer a chance to win a $50 Wacoal bra, the YMCA After Breast Cancer Program who will have information about the Heroes in Heels Fashion Show at CoolSprings Galleria on Sept.11, and Team in Training/Lukemia and Lymphoma Society which will offer a prize wheel and a silent auction throughout the evening.
Shoppers will also enjoy live entertainment from Nashville favorite Preston Leatherman from 6-7 p.m. in Center Court. Following the show, Dillard’s will offer a Fall Fashion Preview on the main stage in center court at 7 p.m. Other stores offering in-store events include Belk, Coldwater Creek, David Parker Shoes, Bare Escentuals, J.Crew, New York and Company and more. Finally, the first 50 shoppers at Guest Services when the event begins at 6pm will receive a free swag bag filled with goodies, coupons and possibly a Mall Gift Card worth up to $25 (some restrictions apply).
